The Green frequency is the colour of the Heart chakra; the centre that promotes compassion and empathy, which are qualities that promote peace, harmony and fairness. Green also expresses the colour of Mother Nature, whose growth proliferates across the planet. The vibration of 7 created the natural world, and 7's need to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature to feel connected to Source.

The Violet frequency resonates with 7 and its ability to inspire intuitive awareness. The purple shades carry a spiritual vibration: the higher mental chakras are various shades of purple: the 3rd Eye chakra is indigo/violet and the Crown chakra is violet/magenta/white. 7 opens these energy centres. Remember, violet also protects and neutralizes negative energies, very important for the psychically sensitive 7.

The vibration of 7 underpins the structure and rhythm of our existence. The Genesis pattern, the Seed of Life, created from 7 circles, represents the blueprint of creation that generated the Universe. Focusing on this mandala will bring you into resonance with this creative force.

In Mayan Numerology, the 7 represents the magic by which the whole holds together. It represents the void at the centre of the Universe around which everything spins into form. So 7 expresses the divine spiritual energy, which lies at the core of all creation. Every culture refers in some way to the 7 powers or the 7 rays that create the Universe. Of course, this relates in some way to the fact that there are 7 circles in the Genesis pattern, the Seed of Life. In Hebrew traditions, these 7 rays are known as the Elohim. In this regard, the Elohim are the 7 manifested aspects of the Godhead, and are referred to in Christian scripture as the "Sons of God. It is the Elohim who say let us make Humankind in OUR image, and therefore the evolved human being has 7 aspects to its nature.The 7-fold human being is constituted, according to Rudolph Steiner in Occult Science, as follows:

1. Physical body - seen by the senses.

2. Life-body - bearing the formative forces of growth and reproduction.

3. Soul-body - bearer of our thinking, feeling and willing activity.

4. Ego-principle - providing consciousness of self or individuality: "I" as soul kernel.

And three Higher Principles which are being developed, which are:

5. Manas - Spirit self as transmuted astral body.

6. Buddhi - Life spirit as transmuted life-body.

7. Atman - Spirit-man as transmuted physical body.

Indigo expresses the frequency of the Pineal gland, which controls the central nervous system as well as our intuitive and psychic potentials. This frequency broadens the bandwidth of perceptual ability and frees the mind of fears that are more often than not generated by ignorance.
